About Daniel Aspinwall
I was born in West Helena, Ark. but was raised in Waldron, Ark. I graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelor of Arts in marketing. When I’m not at work, I enjoy being outdoors, including hunting and working on our family homestead in Williamsville, Mo. I’ve been married to my wife, Teresa (a former Hytrol employee of 17 years), for 15 years as of this January. Together, we have two children, 19-year-old James Alex Aspinwall of Jonesboro and 36-year-old Dr. Brandi Hamilton of Bakersfield, Ca.
What excites you about working for Hytrol?
As a systems engineering project manager, I work with customers on an individual basis to provide a solution for their unique applications. Every project is different, with specific challenges to tackle regarding the customer’s needs. I find delivering on successful solutions to be very satisfying.
What are your current responsibilities?
I am responsible for the overall project’s success, including coordinating design, application, scheduling and shipping needs.
What do you love about your job?
Along with my responsibilities, I enjoy the time spent with the “Hytrol Family.” Our family tree’s branches extend throughout all areas of our Jonesboro facility, and into the offices of our integration partners across the globe. Each new project brings new relationships and opportunity for growth.
What do you find most challenging in your position?
The most challenging aspects of my position revolve around keeping all of the pieces of a project’s puzzle together and fitting the way they should. The ever-changing customer requirements are a challenge, but they keep me on my toes to ensure a successfully completed project.
