About Drew Kimery

I'm from Marked Tree, Arkansas. My hobbies include playing basketball and football with my four boys, Cayden, Jace, Matthew and Chase. In my free time, I also enjoy woodworking.

What excites you about working for Hytrol?

It is a family-oriented company. Hytrol always finds a way to challenge your potential, while pushing you to improve consistently.

What are your current responsibilities?

To me, my responsibilties include maintaining a productive shift while creating the best quality finished products possible. Not to mention maintaining a safe work environment for all employees, and to process all factory orders in a timely fashion.

What do you love about your job?

I love the fact that I can wake up in the morning and actually enjoy the fact that I have to go to work.

What do you find most challenging in your position?

Trying to be precise with the process flow. If you deviate from the timing of the color changes and send a different color too soon, you can possibly slow or even stop your production. But there is a thin line, and if you plan in advance well enough, the production flow never stops.

Complete this statement: When I think of Hytrol, I think of endless opportunity and growth.

What goals do you hope to achieve at Hytrol?

Short term, I would like to better our safety efforts in our department, while also increasing our FO counts. Long term, I would like to continue creatively thinking of new processes and strategies to help Hytrol improve as we grow. I want to be more than just an employee, but also a person who has a positive impact on the company.
