Ask Hytrol is our monthly video series focused on specific topics to help you maintain your conveyor system and learn about new technology. In this video, you will learn how to adjust the drive pressure on an ACC conveyor.

While the unit is on, begin by tightening the knurled nuts until the minimum amount of pressure is applied. This will raise the pressure rollers up and increase the drive to the tread rollers.

Next, loosen the suspension angle knurled nuts at the end of the ACC unit. This will lower the tread rollers to the drive belt and allow the end rollers to drive.
