Hytrol Offers Product Testing—Here’s How to Request It

Whether you’re working through a complex design, need to verify product stability, or simply want to validate a concept before moving forward, our Product Testing Program is here to support you.

Here’s what you need to know.

What Is Product Testing at Hytrol?

Product testing allows you to evaluate how your product performs on certain Hytrol conveyor models. It’s a great way to gain peace of mind, answer design questions, and make informed decisions.

Testing is currently limited to specific models available at our Tech Center, but we’re always willing to explore options. If time isn’t a major constraint, we may be able to coordinate testing for similar models once they move through assembly in our shop.

The goal? Help our partners and end users make the best possible choices—with real, hands-on insights to back it up.

How to Request Product Testing

Submitting a request is simple—and it all starts at myhytrol.com. (Note: You’ll need to have login credentials to access the system.)

  1. Log into myhytrol.com.
  2. Go to the “Quoting & Design” tab.
  3. Click “Request Product Testing.”
  4. Select who you’d like your request sent to—typically your Hytrol representative.
  5. Provide a target completion date to help us prioritize scheduling.
  6. Fill out your contact information so we can follow up with any questions.
  7. Answer a few short questions about the product, what you want to test, and any demo requirements.

Once we receive your request, we’ll review it to determine if testing is possible. If we’re able to accommodate it, we’ll coordinate with you on timing and the next steps.

What Happens Next?

If your request is approved, we’ll take care of the setup and scheduling. In most cases, testing will take place at the Hytrol Tech Center, where we have select conveyor models available and ready to go. All you have to do is send us the product.

For requests that involve a product or conveyor not currently available in the Tech Center, we’ll see if a similar unit is scheduled for assembly soon. If time allows, we may be able to schedule testing around that build.

You’ll receive feedback, video or photo documentation (if requested), and answers to any questions that came up during the test.
