We began building a large network of integration partners more th
an 50 years ago with a handshake and a promise. We continue those relationships today, and we’re dedicated to them in the future, working collaboratively with the IP to give our customers competitive advantages of service, support, and accessibility.
It’s true that our integration partners add value to Hytrol by functioning as our sales force—we have sold exclusively through this network for decades—but the most unique aspect of this network is the value of the relationship between Hytrol and those partners. Hytrol works hard to match the needs of the customers, and by connecting a customer to an integration partner, we know that they’ll get the quality service and product we’re known for. We can only do this because of the great relationships we have with our partners.
Everyone has different talents and skills, and different interests and abilities. We recognize these differences among our integration partnerships, which is why we have more than 100 IPs with whom we work. Some IPs are larger organizations with multiple offices around the world; other integration partners are very focused on a small geographic area or market segment in which they know both the people and the ins and outs of that market.
We take these partnerships very seriously, methodically and carefully adding new integration partners in response to our customers’ needs. If there is a gap in how rapidly or effectively we respond to customers, we work with our integration partners to ensure that we are always the right choice.
