About Quinton Woodard

I am from Jonesboro, Arkansas. I’ve been at Hytrol for four years. When I’m not at work, I like to spend my time reading and playing with my grandson, Cayden. I live with my wife, Darlene, and we have three children: Joshua, Skyler and Isiah.

What excites you about working for Hytrol?

It excites me to work for a company that seems to continuously grow and to know that I am a part of it. I have worked here for four years and I feel that I have accomplished more here than I did at my previous job of 17 years.

What are your current responsibilities?

As a team leader in the paint department, my goal is to ensure that orders are painted and ready for assembly when they are due to ship out. In my role, I oversee about 50 employees in the paint area. So maintaining the paint line’s functionality is crucial for a smooth process. 

What do you love about your job/Hytrol?

I love working here because this company treats as a family, not just as employees.
