2024 was a year of both resilience and reward for Hytrol, and I’m proud of what our team has accomplished. The commitment to excellence of the talented men and women we have here never ceases to amaze me. We are making strides to grow and improve things for our employees with initiatives such as the parking lot renovation in Jonesboro and the on-site medical clinic in Fort Smith. This past year was marked by resilience, steady growth, and a continuing commitment to our employees, partners, and end users.

Some of the highlights of 2024 include:

  • Our new medical clinic in Fort Smith, a testament to Hytrol’s commitment to our team’s health and wellness. Additionally, after years of planning, the much-anticipated Jonesboro parking lot renovations began, making daily life more convenient for our on-site team. 
  • The culmination of 12 days of Tom’s Gift this year exemplifies the dedication and collaborative spirit of the Hytrol family. This accomplishment reflects the culture of care and success that defines us.
  • Strategic investments in technology laid the groundwork for future growth. This included major updates to enhance our processes and maintain our competitive edge.

2025 Roadmap

As we step into 2025, here are some of the priorities that will guide our future efforts and ensure sustainable growth:

  1. Managing costs effectively was pivotal in 2024, and this focus will continue. With an anticipated increase in orders, balancing cost efficiency with operational excellence will remain critical.
  2. While we excelled in quality, hitting our targets nearly every month, we faced challenges with on-time shipping. In 2025, we aim to enhance this area while maintaining the high standards our customers have come to expect.
  3. Hytrol’s DRIVE Academy continues to elevate our workforce, offering valuable training for both new hires and seasoned employees. In the year ahead, leadership development will play a key role in fostering engagement and professional growth across all levels.
  4. With a major rollout of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, we’re set to streamline resource management and strengthen our operational efficiency. This step is crucial for staying competitive and meeting market demands.

2025 and beyond hold immense promise as the market gains momentum. With increased orders on the horizon, we are prepared to meet challenges head-on, armed with a strong foundation and a commitment to continuous improvement. Together, Hytrol will rise to new heights of innovation and excellence.
